How it works

- OpenClaw is preselected — choose a hostname and create the VPS.
- SSH in and run: openclaw onboard --install-daemon (instructions are also in /root/openclaw-info.txt).
OpenClaw is installed with the official installer without onboarding; you run the onboarding wizard yourself so your API key never passes through us.

Frequently asked questions
How much RAM does OpenClaw need?
2 GB is the practical minimum. Choose 4 GB if you use browser automation, and 8 GB for several agents or heavy tools.
Is the AI model included?
No. OpenClaw talks to the model provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, …) using your own API key; model usage is billed by that provider.
How do I open the OpenClaw dashboard?
For security the gateway listens on localhost. Run ssh -L 18789:127.0.0.1:18789 root@YOUR-IP and open http://127.0.0.1:18789 on your computer.
Why a VPS instead of shared hosting?
An AI agent executes commands and browses the web on your behalf. A dedicated VPS keeps it isolated from other customers and gives you full control over what it can access.
Can I run Hermes Agent too?
Yes — it is a normal Linux VPS with root access. You can also order a VPS with Hermes Agent preinstalled.
