Frequently asked questions
- How does hourly billing work?
- Your balance is charged hourly while the VPS exists (running or stopped). The monthly total is capped at the plan’s monthly price. Delete a VPS any time — billing stops that hour.
- Any contracts or hidden fees?
- No contracts. All prices are in USD and final; extras (traffic overage, add-ons) are listed on this page and shown in the panel before you confirm.
- How do I pay?
- Top up your balance via QRIS/virtual account (Duitku), PayPal or USDT. Monthly products (bare metal, colocation) are invoiced and paid from your balance.
- Are bare metal & colocation hourly?
- No — both are monthly, prepaid, and cancellable at the end of the period. Only VPS, load balancers and VPS add-ons are billed hourly.
- What are Saver plans?
- Prepaid VPS with a fixed price: pay upfront monthly or annually (cheaper), never billed hourly. Ideal for always-on servers. These plans cannot be resized; switch to an hourly plan by ordering a new VPS.
- Is a Windows license included?
- No. Windows Server is installed as the Evaluation edition (trial, usually 180 days) and the VPS price does not include a license — activate it with your own license (BYOL). You confirm this when ordering.
